Apply to Josephinum
Thank you so much for your interest in Josephinum! Whether you are an 8th grader or transferring from another high school, we are excited to welcome you into our community. See below for a list of application steps and requirements.
Students may now apply for the 2021-2022 school year! In addition to following all of the steps below, we strongly encourage 8th grade students (and even 6th or 7th grade students) to reach out to our Admissions Office today to learn more about Josephinum or to schedule a private tour.
If you are interested in transferring from another high school for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year, please contact us immediately and we will assist you through the admissions steps!
Open Houses and Shadow Days
Open Houses and Shadow Days are held throughout the year and are a great way to get to know the Jo. Please watch for Fall 2021 Open House dates and Shadow Day plans. In the mean time, we invite your family to join us for a personal tour of Josephinum! Please reach out to our Admissions Office today to schedule a time to visit the Josephinum campus or to connect with our Enrollment Manager, Kathryn Bartholomew by phone, email, "Zoom," or even in person.
While not REQUIRED it is highly recommended that the student and her family/guardian(s) attend a Open House. At an Open House you will "meet" Josephinum faculty and students, see our beautiful campus, have an opportunity to ask questions, and get a better understanding of what it would be like to be part of the Josephinum community.
Shadow Days are opportunities for prospective students to spend a typical school day at Josephinum. Each shadow is paired with a student and will attend classes with that student throughout the day. While not required, attending a Shadow Day, once the program resumes, is highly recommended as it is an ideal way to get a true feel for what it's like to be a student at the Jo.
