Entrance Exam for Class of 2025

To take the online exam on December 12, 2020, the following testing conditions are required.

• A quiet room where she may sit, free from distractions, and can remain for the duration of the test (Approximately 3 hours in total. Small breaks are designated for restroom breaks, etc.)
• Access to a reliable wifi connection
• Working computer with functioning camera and audio that will need to remain on for the duration of the test
• Ability to utilize http://zoom.us on the computer in order to take the test online while an online test proctor is present via Zoom.

• Students wishing to take the online make-up exam with Josephinum on December 12 must register online before Thursday, December 10, at 5:00 p.m.
• There is no fee to take the exam at Josephinum.

Josephinum will offer limited testing accommodations on the entrance exam for students with IEPs, 504s or other accommodation plans. If a student is seeking extended time or other testing accommodations, please submit your IEP/504 plan or other official accommodations documentation to admissions@josephinum.org by 5:00 pm Friday, December 11, 2020.

Students testing at Josephinum will need to adhere to the then-current state and local guidelines for protection against the spread of COVID-19. These requirements may include:

• Wearing a mask/face covering at all times while in the building including the duration of the entrance exam
• Having temperature checked and recorded upon entering the building
• Signing off on a symptom check-list verifying that the student is free of symptoms and has not been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 during the prior 14 days
• Providing full contact information 
• Parent/guardian signing of a liability waiver

An online make-up exam date(s) is being offered on Saturday, December 12 at 9:00 a.m. Register here. If you prefer to take a make-up exam in person, please contact admissions@josephinum.org to schedule a date. Students who tested at another Catholic high school on December 5 will not be permitted to take the make-up exam.
